Model Y - first drive

After 2 days of driving around my Model Y, I didn't realize how much different it is from the Model 3 (my son's). I can consider myself now a Tesla family (having 2 Teslas in the householdšŸ˜). Didn't realize how much taller, wider-ish than the Model 3 and those tires (not MYP) even on the LR - still wider than my 22 Honda Pilot. At 4.8 sec 0-60, it feels pretty confident on acceleration (still planning on getting AB) but also feels heavy but very nimble. In any case. I am still in the honeymoon phasešŸ˜…. Really learning now how to be an EV owner.

No USS. Just started the car, put it in drive and the car didnā€™t even see the car right in front of its nosešŸ˜. Took a few seconds of driving for ā€Tesla visionā€ to activate šŸ˜³

@slvervper99 as a new Tesla driver, you might consider the new software feature ā€œapply brakes when regenerative braking is limited.ā€ I see that you donā€™t have it selected. It really is an incredible feature and makes for a more consistent driving experience. Itā€™s under controls > pedals & steering.

Thanks for the tip, I did see that but didnā€™t click on it. But I will try it.
