Model Y front Bumper Fitment on Model 3

Im just so curious since the 3 and Y are so similar has anyone tried fitting a Y front bumper on a 3? Hahaha someone has to have tried or attempted.

Factory line installer have definetly tried... and succeeded many a times. That is how we end up with the fit and finish considered within spec and Model Y spec taillights on Model 3s, or non-US spec parts on US 3/Ys, different trim on drivers' vs passengers' doors, and mix and match of v1/v2 and now v3 seats in the same car.

I mean with the slightly larger lower grill I would believe it would lower the M3s front clearance without having to get coilovers/springs to get that “10% better range efficiency” being “lowered”
