Awesome. Parts ordered Friday (2/19), received an email this morning (2/24) saying Ship Date: Pending. I hope they aren't backordered.

I haven't had any heat issues (yet) in my Model Y LR, VIN 24xxx, delivered in July 2020. I asked Tesla service about it a few weeks ago and they said they'd check into it and get back to me if I needed any fix. No response yet.

Add our MYP to the no heat club, VIN is 49xxx built in September 2020.

A/C compressor was replaced back in November at the same time the RDU was replaced due to an isolation fault.

Service appointment is set for 3/12.

Tried multiple resets both flavors... no heat. There’s a message on the hvac screen that says “Climate keeper unavailable due to system fault” app says “failed to turn on climate”.

This morning everything is working again...

I picked it up today, almost 2 weeks later. On the drive home, the heat went out. Any suggestions on how to escalate the issue?

Contact roadside assistance as they may be able to escalate your No Heat issue to a Tesla engineering team. They may be able to remotely reset the code that is preventing the heat pump from working until a permanent solution can be found.

Call the SC directly, it's a safety issue of you can't use your defrosters.
