I'm excited to be getting my Model Y soon, but my delivery has been pushed out and delayed twice now. Has anyone experienced similar? My timeline:
My car is a LR AWD (White/Black, 20" wheels, 13xxx VIN). 2 years ago, the M3's were getting their deliveries delayed last minute left/right but I'm not hearing it as much with the MY. Curious if anyone has had a recent experience and if they're delivery has been delayed more than 3 times. Also, what is an "offsite location"...yesterday they said it was outside the factory?
- 6/19/2020: VIN Assigned, scheduled delivery 6/21/2020 in Costa Mesa, CA. Setup payment later that day.
- 6/21/2020: Received a call first thing in the morning saying the vehicle is still at the factory and hasn't left. ETA showing 6/22, delivery re-scheduled for 6/23.
- 6/22/2020: Received another call stating that the car is at an "offsite location" and has been assigned to a truck. "It will for sure be here by Friday." Delivery re-scheduled again for 6/26/2020.
