My apologies if this has been answered already but I did a quick search and didn't really find the answers I'm looking for.

My current lease is up in June and I'm starting to research what car to get next. Of course Tesla is on the top of my list. I finally test drove a Model Y last week and I enjoyed it. But the lease numbers the SA provided me did not make any sense and was a lot more compared to what Tesla's website shows. Is it possible to see the exact monthly payments with the taxes rolled in before placing an order?

I called another SA from another location, located in the same state as me, and he did not know. I mentioned that the $100 order fee is non-refundable so I would like to know the exact monthly payment with taxes rolled in and his response was that "it's only $100". He put me on hold so he can find out but hung up on me 30seconds later.

NY state has $2000 rebate so I added it to the downpayment instead but I still don't know the amount with taxes rolled in. I was able to calculate the tax and get a rough estimate on the monthly. Knowing the MF would help.

Anyone know what the residual for 10K/36 month lease is? How accurate is the due at signing amount shown on the website? Has anyone noticed a big discrepancy between the monthly payment and due at signing on the build page vs. the lease application?

Once you place your order it allows you to play with the numbers. Tax included. You don't get the tax credit. They eat that. You get rebates though. Also there's no buy-out option. I can send you my lease numbers but I ran it with no money down and 15K miles and in California. ended up buying the car instead.

Thank you! I believe the mf does change from month to month. The tax, license fee, registration will differ from NY. NY also offers $2000 rebate with no income eligibility, which CA does. But the breakdown is helpful.

For a White on White LR 7 seater w 20" wheels, 12k miles a year in NY with new plates my #s are about $2300 drive off and $715 a month. 7 seater option was like $40 a month give or take. This was before the latest $500 price increase. If you go to a tesla store their #s are more accurate bc they will factor in all the fees and taxes. When you actually go to order there's a slider button where you can make your down payment higher or lower which changes your monthly, its pretty slick.

How much does Tesla charge $/mile for going over the 10k annual limit? I'm trying to figure out if it's better to go with 10k mile limit and pay for the overage if need be, or select the 15k mile limit right off the bat. From their website going from 10k to 15k limit it works out to be 13c/mile ($1,944 total).
