Model Y Leasing?

I am due to pick up my Model Y. Just logged in to my Tesla Account to work on getting a loan. Now see LEASE as a payment option. The data looks crazy.

Anyone see this and did Tesla just roll this out?

Just my 0.02, usually the down payment for lease should be minimal, such as $4,500. You are putting high down payment which made the monthly lease payment low.
I plan to lease my MY when they launch the 3rd row

Yes, they just recently added leasing for the Model Y. Just remember that you can't purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease, you have to return it.

Highly recommend watching the video linked above. It discusses the costs between lease and purchase. Its 10 minutes and might end up saving you thousands of dollars.

You should limit your down-payment (or trade in credit) on a lease to as low as possible because since you don't own it, if you drive off the lot and total the car, you lose all of the money put down and just get to walk away from the car. The gap insurance deals with the amount still owed, but you don't get back the upfront money.
