im with you.. I would think very slight if anything...Likely negligible, but I’ve heard if range loss without the wheel covers so I thought it could be possible.

Dang it! I just ordered another brand...ah screw it I bought them anyways. Only $40 :/Tesla added mud flaps to the site.
Model Y Mud Flaps
Do both! I'm doing both, they are inexpensive paint protection upgrades compared to doing the full clear braFor those who might have experience with the model 3 flaps, are these all that is needed to protect or should I do the PPF kit they sell as well? I live in Ohio and am mostly worried about occasional road salt.
whoa I got lucky on that then. I just bought it.Aaaannd......they're sold out.
Tesla All-Weather Kit: The Correction Is Worse Than The Defect
although they have improve on the design, it still has a sallow cavity in the back that could hold some mud!
Aaaannd......they're sold out.
Correct, rear isn’t necessary IMO.Sold out. These go behind the front tires?
False news. Don't ever believe someone with a teletubby as an avatar.Installed mine yesterday. Very easy to put on.
I have a PUP with 20” Induction wheel and tire specs and have about 2.5 inch clearance from the lowest point. The flaps have some give so if you do rub they’ll most likely flex to accommodate. Thanks all for the pics! Does anyone find them rubbing on speed bumps? Or are they high up enough?
Acceptance is the first step to recovery; however, the attempt to rectify the issue is half baked. Tesla has acknowledged - although not explicitly - there's a problem with rocks destroying the fenders and rocker panels by recently releasing paint protection film and mudflaps. These aren't post hoc accessories. These accessories should be on each vehicle that rolls off the assembly line in Fremont or wherever they're building Model Y these days. My MYP has about 1,800 miles on it and I'm already seeing light damage near the rear fenders/doors on both sides. I can only imagine what it will look like at 25,000 miles.
