Yeah not sure how I feel bout the look. Might switch over to the molded ones once folks post pics of that setup but this will do for now. That is pretty ugly. I guess necessary for those who drive on gravel or sand/salted roads. Not for me.
Correct, rear isn’t necessary IMO.
Thanks all for the pics! Does anyone find them rubbing on speed bumps? Or are they high up enough?
Here's what the Tesla factory mud flaps look like installed.

Installed mine yesterday. Very easy to put on.
Can either of you, or someone else with these mudflaps, measure the distance from ground to bottom of the flaps. I’m curious of they extend lower than the EVmudflaps, which I measured at 3.75” on my Long Range.

I’m guessing you have a Long Range (Performance sits a little lower)? If so, the Tesla ones do extend down further.
The EVmudflaps do still have the potential to do debris damage when I set my sight line from the bottom of the rear door to the bottom of front tire. So seems that Tesla did appropriately measure how low it should go to pretty much eliminate the potential for damage.
Likely negligible, but I’ve heard if range loss without the wheel covers so I thought it could be possible.
Literally every aspect of the environment and driving impacts range. That was my principal concern. That there'd be an impact to range. No doubt they'll cause drag.
Yeah, it takes less than 3-5 min to pop em off and on for both sides. It’s just two push pins holding them in that you can pop out with a trim tool or flat head.Do you guys that have them see any reason these couldn’t be removed in the summer and added back on in the winter?
