Just placed an order for a Model Y AWD LR after I saw that Tesla dropped the order deposit from $2500 to $100. Unfortunately, you can no longer order the 7-seat version; it's still in the design studio, but it says it will not be available until 2021 and the option is not clickable. They also changed the default wheels to 19", which I'm not really a fan, but perhaps it's just a cover like the existing aero wheels that's hiding a better look underneath.
I'm still interested in the 7-seater (better to have it and not need it), but I wanted to get in line now, especially given the lower deposit payment. I'm also hoping they offer leasing options by the time that deliveries start.
Anyone else here got orders in? Any 7-seaters?
