model y performance OEM spoiler... is it gloss or matte?

I'm looking to match up the side mirrors and a front lip to the OEM rear spoiler on my MYP. Anyone who's ordered those parts know if it's better to do a matte or glossy?

Currently looking at the RPM front lip and their side mirror caps.

It's more of a matte than glossy.

Just do it ... If you're keeping it for more than 3 years, it's worth it.

These are RPM Matte Carbon. Note: I had XPEL Stealth PPF put over them. My Y is matte PPF. 2nd photo is mirror caps with no PPF. 3rd is the XPEL Stealth.

Full PPF is just so expensive... having a hard time convincing myself.

The amount of rock chips that have been saved by my PPF makes it well worth the cost. Could always look at matte PPF as that is what we did. Decided to make it look different if we were spending that kind of money.

No I ordered mine directly from RPM Tesla. They were more expensive but fit perfectly and had 3m adhesive. The Amazon ones look like they are not 3M and I have had terrible luck getting non 3M to adhere. I can’t speak for the Amazon ones. I can say RPM Tesla has been fantastic to deal with and have excellent customer support.

Sadly no, i'm in the norther virginia area.. so far the quotes i've gotten have ranged from 6k-9k for stealth... for some reason the MD shops are way cheaper than the NoVA shops... If I just do the bumper, front side panels, hood and mirrors it's 2200... so most likely i'll go that route as 6k is just more than I want to part with.
