Yup. They’ll fit just fine. It’s a size thing that’s not specific to these tires. 255/40-20 is good for a rim between 8.5-10” wide.

I had the 20" uberturbines on my MYP with no issue. even had the 255/45r20's on.

They look perfect to me. Like I already said, the MYP should have had these as an option. I’d pick up a set to run but have a 275 square set up right now and not sure I could run those tires on the M3P rims.

I was running 275/40R20 on the 9 inch wide zero-g wheels on my MYP. the tire fits perfect on the rim

not at all. is the same outside diameter as the 275/35r21 that everyone is running on there 21" Uberturbines in the front. I see people even running 265/40r21's

I really like that set up. My only concern would be the steering rack going out and Tesla blaming the .8" wider tire.
It happened to one guy in this forum.

comfort mostly. but I am back om zero-g wheels with 255/40r20 Hankook ion summer tires that are almost as comfortable

Yeah, this is crazy. I highly doubt that guy's aftermarket wheel/tire setup caused this.It happened to one guy in this forum.

I ran 6500 kms with my 20x10 ET40 275 setup for the whole 6 wintry months and I didn't notice anything strange nor had any issue whatsoever. If anything, the steering felt lighter and of course suspension was way better than the 21 Uberturbine setup.
