Model Y stuck on 2021.4

My car hasn't had an update in almost three months. It received 2021.4.21.3 in early July, and nothing since. Per Teslascope, it seems like almost the entire fleet has migrated on. There have been three significant new releases (.12, .24, .32) in this time.

What's going on? I've tried a few voodoo remedies (stuff like "click the button five times" or "forget/reconnect to wifi") with no success. Is this something I need to make a service call for? Have any others had experiences like this?

I picked up my Model Y Performance with FSD in July and I’m stock on 2021.3.104.

Same situation , vision cars are lagging a lot .
Not sure when they will fix it
