My 18th of March order for the same spec has not, hoping this changes very shortly!

Same spec (LR/MSM/Black/20s) ordered 28th March via Tesla then linked to company Tusker scheme - nothing yet. Spoke to Tesla and advised I've not been allocated yet, spoke to Tusker they seem to think end of June.

am I correct in thinking a VIN is only assigned when a car is enroute on a ship?

Normally 2-3 weeks before handover - which is typically about the time a boat coming from China gets to Suez

I also updated my mileage this morning and sincerly hope they don't come back with yet another incredibly silly offer like last time I updated it.

A price difference of £3970 lower than the original offer which sank me to my knees.

What was your mileage increase?

Spoke to Tesla advisor earlier and they said vehicles are on the way and I would receive an update soon but my account is not currently show any delivery estimate annoying as I hadn’t bothered to get any update since late march so annoying that I now have no time frame. Hopefully lack of date means something is happening. Have a white/black/19 on order via Lex. Ordered late Feb and received RN on the 14th of March.

Me too, same spec and ordered 7th March. Still no VIN. Seems strange same spec later orders are getting allocated, so can only assume there is something with payment method and collection location priority going on

Confirmed by Tesla chat - VIN assigned - expected date - 15th to 30th June

Ordered via Lease company 1103 - Poverty spec

My mate was 18-30 June for weeks then straight to June 14 - June 28 with a VIN.

Totally mixed bag. People still have July month placeholders who have VINs. There is no overall pattern.

Similar story. Ordered via Octopus mid Feb. Tesla say they are awaiting info from the factory on the status of my build . I'll start looking for winter driving accessories soon

I have had 17-30 June for a few weeks, then last night it disappeared. This morning the same date was back and I had a VIN allocated.

Just phoned Tesla and they advised my delivery is estimated June still. There must be another ship coming.

This morning EDD was 20-30 June. I checked just now in hope of a VIN but was met with “September”. Gutted again.
