Pretty sure you will have to pay 20% import tax on them when they arrive in this country.we'll see, delivery is included and they ship from Germany so won't be too far out with taxes etc
still won't be 2.5k plus shipping and taxPretty sure you will have to pay 20% import tax on them when they arrive in this country.
Just noticed they use the KW dampers!
Are you going to fit them yourself?still won't be 2.5k plus shipping and tax
absolutely, we have a lift at workAre you going to fit them yourself?
Nice, will you take it to Tesla for wheel alignment afterwards?absolutely, we have a lift at work
We have a fully equipped tyre bay that will do a better job, i'll be keeping stock ride height anywayNice, will you take it to Tesla for wheel alignment afterwards?
Wow!! Can you fit some for me too?!We have a fully equipped tyre bay that will do a better job, i'll be keeping stock ride height anyway
Probably, let's get these on first, i'm delaying delivery slightly until i get back from holsWow!! Can you fit some for me too?!
Haha, yes of course! I’m only being half serious really, I’m actually pretty happy with the ride quality currently. Adaptive dampers is what I’d like really.Probably, let's get these on first, i'm delaying delivery slightly until i get back from hols
I looked at air suspension but the cost doesn't justify the gains imoHaha, yes of course! I’m only being half serious really, I’m actually pretty happy with the ride quality currently. Adaptive dampers is what I’d like really.
Yes air is very expensive and tricky to set up. Adjustable dampers of one type or another are the mainstream option.I looked at air suspension but the cost doesn't justify the gains imo
It would be free from the tax in europe so it would balance out. You wouldn’t be paying more.Pretty sure you will have to pay 20% import tax on them when they arrive in this country.

Won’t be paying more than europeans, yes, but will be paying more than £1800.It would be free from the tax in europe so it would balance out. You wouldn’t be paying more.
Love most things but not the suspension, too firm for Surrey roads. It has become a deal breaker for me.
Are you on the 19” or 20” wheel? I’ve just come out of a G05 X5 and while the ride is definitely firmer, it’s not drastic on the broken roads of Glasgow.Probably a ix3, I traded in my X3.
Are your tyre pressures correct? I wouldn’t say the y is harsher than my previous LR3, but it’s certainly not luxurious. No complaints thoughNot sure if this is allowed but seriously considering selling my MY. Love most things but not the suspension, too firm for Surrey roads. It has become a deal breaker for me. Do we have a classifieds area? Not looking for profit just a sensible sale.

You can't really go below 40, as when they dip below 39 psi the tyre warning alert comes up.Good point. Lots of posts of "Car had 50 psi at delivery" ... so much for PDI ... might be worth trying even a a tad less than 40.
