Teslas get better every day. Even after you own them with OTA updates!
cant wait for track mode v2 on my Model 3!
I'm perfectly fine with it. Personally, I know that Tesla will do what it takes to resolve the problem and help them be a better company.
The last known processed order (according to the tracker spreadsheet) was February 25th I believe. To answer your next questions, they delivered MYP and LRAWD models but no orders with white interiors, and all of the LRAWD roders appear to have the wheel and FSD upgrade options. I'm also under the impression that MYP orders without the performance package (wheel/brake/suspension upgrade) were limited in receiving delivery confirmation emails. Lots of details in the tracker and the email delivery threads.
Our 15xxx Model 3 was still early (and Y is 75% copy of the 3). We had no problems except tire wear!
It's not like a Rotary Engine here. My dad bought that new Mazda RX-3 back in '72. Did they ever get the seals fixed?

Yes. From experience, I applied for a loan as soon as VIN was assigned. It took about 2 weeks to deliver after VIN was assigned - maybe even sooner if the car was already complete/produced.
Interesting enough, I didn't need a VIN for my loan. Went in, filled out all my details, and got a check to take with me for the amount I want approved. I wanted to be ready for everything.
Although now, I can't send in my down payment because plaid has issues connecting to my bank : ( I might have to take a cashier's check with me. I figure I'll work it out with my delivery advisor whenever I get that magical call/text!
Edit: Actually, they took away my ability to try and submit payment. MVPA is still there though.

Just bring the check from the loan and pay at delivery day.
From the website, what to bring at delivery:
- Final payment (if you are picking up your vehicle in a Tesla sales licensed state)

Thanks for telling me about PAPAFOX. I check him out everyday. I always checked Yahoo Finance first before but now I check the PAPA first. I love the links he posts of such things as the debunking of the latest Tesla killer coming out right around the corner....lol.

Hello My order was placed in early February, I got the email stating my Tesla was on the way and had to select the dates I can take delivery. Thereafter I have not revived any email. But I was able to complete financing, insurance and other details. But I cannot see VIN on the Web page. I did a search on the source code and found something, but I am not sure if that is a try Vin or just a sample

If it looks like this: 5YJYGDEF0LF000XXX
That is your VIN.
The Y in 5YJY designates Model Y. If for some reason its a 3 or S or X, then that is not your Model Y VIN.
You will also see the VIN in the MVPA.
Do you see a VIN with 5YJY?

Tesla had the option to submit your down payment for a little bit by linking your bank account. Mine reverted though after I reached out indicating my bank didn't support it. It was using a service called plaid, ironically enough.
Did ACH through third party (plaid) website. Was very smooth. Next day there was a $1200 balance which I presume was the transfer fee. Not sure if it is because of it being in picked up in Texas. Apparently there are state laws that the car must be sold and the transaction complete before the vehicle can be brought into the state.
