The EDD change and the email do seem to coincide. I received the email a minute before the dates changed.

Just skimming through folks signatures as well as the spreadsheet data, it looks like the majority of us still waiting for VINs/Delivery have 20" Inductions. I wonder if there's a manufacturing shortage or something with these wheels...

What I am at a loss for is a reason this has been so wild. Is this the same process or procedure that they used for previous end of quarter deployments? If so then this insanity is not new, it is Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) . That's really too bad since I would expect that a high tech software capable company would have such a poor tracking, deployment and notification system.

I received the email also - got my hopes up for that blue button. Now my EDD reflects July 12-August 1. I guess the MDR delivery center was right when they quoted me the 3rd week of July.

If you look at the email, the new EDD is even listed at the bottom of the page.. Makes ZERO sense.

Yup. I have an email out to my SA to see what's going on. He's usually pretty responsive so we'll see.

I’m starting to think getting the email wasn’t a good sign.

Let’s hope so. The only thing I feel like I have going for me is that I’m getting a MYP Black/Black and after going through a couple of threads reading over 500+ pages I can somewhat deduce (*cries ) that the trim I’m getting is not very common so there’s gotta be a VIN with my name on it at the end of the month.

Just came from the Marina delivery center. Only 2 Y's waiting for pickup. Interesting all the cars are white with the lone exception of the red one. I went to MDR in person to cancel my 2nd order. Didn't want any online mess ups! So if anyone is looking for a blue/white LR 5 seat with tow, should be there in existing inventory!

Okay… I woke up and my dates changed to 7/4-7/24. BUT, I happened to look at existing inventory and somehow the stars were all aligned and I found an EXACT build (non demo) of mine in Boise, ID! I said screw it, I will pay the $500 transport fee and snatched it. I will call my SA when they are open to see if he can match it to my original order. My understanding is since it is an exact match that my original pricing should stay. But regardless, I am ecstatic. It should be brand new too, I will have him double check. VIN 213xxx so I mean… that sounds like it was built within the last week or so.

Update - I spoke with my SA and he said it couldn’t be matched to my existing order since I already ordered the new one. I thought they would be able to move the VIN to the original order but he said they can’t. That conflicts with what others have done but honestly whatever, not that big of a deal I guess. Delivery scheduled for 6/29. Car is brand new, as it just got to Boise yesterday.

Just in case, I will keep my original order open until delivery, on the off chance that gets matched prior to the Car coming from Boise.

Just got my VIN! 215XXX. EDD has been holding stead 6/21-6/29.

Ordered 5/30 in Bellevue, WA. 5 seater LR AWD in Black w/ FSD and Gemini rims.
