Never knew who my actual SA is (if there's one), been calling the local service center where I did my test drive and they had my email and told me they would be the one to notify me. However when I ordered that location is not listed as the available pickup location so I had to choose a different one that's slightly further away from my house.

I talked to at least 4 different SA at the local center and each tell me a slightly different story each time. One of them claim to be the manager actually told me to stop calling since I'll be getting different info from different people and get confused (is that an admission that they kinda just give you BS to make you feel better lol).

Early / Mid May orders white/black 19 no upgrades seem to be in the majority September EDD. Frustration to see that and then a profile completed late May June with an early EDD. What is going on?!
