Model Y wireless phone charger doesn't work with iPhone 13 pro max

The factory charging pad seems very hit and miss with an iPhone pro max. Mine didn’t work with a very thin case. The Jeda pad fixed the issue.
I don’t think the case issue is just about thickness. Even a thin case may be enough to cause an issue. I think the bigger issue is the type of case - some are built specifically for wireless charging such as the magsafe cases from Apple. They have a coil built in to help with wireless charging.

Tried again since yesterday. I took my iPhone 13 Pro Max out of its Otterbox case since it wasn't working with either side of the charging pad. I was able to get it to work on the passenger's side but not on the driver's side of the charging pad without a case. My wife's 13 Pro and daughter's iPhone 13 worked without any problems to include upside down.
