Model YLR Delivery now in March

I think it’s fairly obvious what’s going on… they’re getting ready to put a new factory into the mix that’s slated to start by first making the very same vehicles that are getting pushed back and at the same time the demand for every model is surging. Until Tesla starts missing the dates initially quoted BEFORE you placed your order they really don’t owe anyone, anything.

Just ordered my MYLR in early September when delivery dates were estimated for January. A week later it was pushed to February and now September 18 it is March. That’s 2 months in 2 weeks. Wow.

And now a week later it is in April

June. When I placed the order it was Nov26-Dec 26. Seems like I didn't select the `Continue` button after selecting Cash option for order. Sucks.

Very common mistake. Not completing the "registration". My SA told me, many people leave it thinking they will complete the finance part close to delivery, but Tesla does not schedule any order until the payment preference is selected. Another trip point is insurance.

Is it looking for insurance info before you have a VIN?
