Modelx bluetooth Mic is not working

Hi

I am having issue with mobile Bluetooth connection.

Opposite lerson csnt hear my voice,so.seems Tesla mic is the issue.

I did below and still problem persist.

Forget devices ,off and oN ,unpair pair
Reset MCU by holding both button on steering wheels
I have tried other phone still it has same issue.

Could someone help me in the right direction.
