Well it's Andrew. Very nice guy. But problem is I was the only person calling and on top of everything for the whole process of the delivery. No call no email from them. I think I have only receive one call from them the whole process.

Yep. Same here. I called once... I mean I was able reach him on the phone once (in like 20 attempts no one picked up over few days).... nice guy over the phone though I got a call back following day after my email about financing questions other than that I have never got even introductory email or any other communication so far... I am not sure if they are that busy there or just poor communication...
