My Model X is at the Service Center getting it's yearly maintenance, and I had them look at this issue that I noticed a few months ago. The cover that is supposed to slide forward with the monopost under the passenger 2nd row seat, is not attached correctly, and therefore does not slide, allowing debris to fall into the floor. The SC seems flummoxed by this, stating that they have never seen this, and are tearing apart the floorboard trying to diagnose and fix. They've had the X since Friday, so I wanted to see if anyone has had this before, with a resolution that will help push them in the right direction. I am not enjoying the Chevy Impala I got as a loaner.
