(Yes, I know this site isn't Tesla support. Will be reaching out for clarification later. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this.)
This is my first Tesla. I am enrolled in auto monthly payments and got a "Lease Payment is confirmed" email today. When either 1) clicking "View Summary" in the email or 2) going to Manage > Lease Agreement > More Details, all I get is a page that says the following:
Usually I'll be able to view details about payment etc. but I can't even access this page anymore (the link is: Tesla SSO - Sign In). No money has been taken from my checking account but I did get the email and it does say $0 due on the Manage page. Is this normal for leasing Teslas?
Also, does Tesla give any sort of official receipt of monthly payment? Or is it just the email?
