Most reliable non-Tesla chargers?

We have L2 Chargepoint chargers with zero support from Chargepoint. We've been asking for months for them to look at some stations that have been down without any response.

So our office admin is looking to replace them with another company's chargers.

Anyone have insights into which company has the most reliable L2 chargers and good service if they break? Honestly I heard Chargepoint L2 is supposedly reliable and that had been my experience until this company's chargers. I do know Blink is the absolute worst.

I did look into Tesla's commercial charging solution but non-Teslas would need to buy adaptors so that wouldn't fly. (Although 80+% of EVs at our office are Teslas, hmmm...)

Really? Where did you find that information? The one linked above apparently can do 11.5kw.

Watts_Up might be confusing the regular Mobile Charge Connector and Wall Charger with the J-1772 Wall Charger.
