Mounting E-Toll devices in frunk

It's easy to take the plastic frunk liner out and paste the transponder on the inner bumper. I think it is only 7 bolts and some clips.

FWIW I just put mine in the glovebox and it reads it fine there

Guys, just put your car's license plate on your EZ Pass account and you don't even need that thing.

Here in California, they sell special Fastpass transponders with toggles for the number of passengers that give you discounts for using the carpool lane. Without it, they’ll do the license plate scan and charge you full price.

Someone on another thread put it on the “neck” of where the screen is connected to the dash. Said it worked well while another person said it didn’t. Any experience? This would be the perfect place for me. No ugly transponder blocking sight lines AND no ugly reflection.

Another place you can attach the transponder that's out of your sightline is on the glass roof right up against the central cross bar.

Just took delivery of my Model 3 last week, put mine up there with this silicone case/suction cup mount.

Nice. If The readers cannot pick it up from the neck of the screen (where I placed mine), I’ll try here. Should definitely work here.
