Move to other country with tesla?

I am going to move to other country with my tesla, but some differences of software in new place. Some functions are different because of the laws in different country. Is it possible to change the software version of tesla to other country? Also, the network provided by tesla is not working outside the original country.

If the new country is not in the same region as the car was sold into, Sell car, buy in new country. Thats the fix. There are no solutions to fix "network provided by tesla not working outside original country".
