MS doesn't charge at one supercharger stall, but starts charging after moving to another stall

Has anyone experienced the same issue before?
I was charging MS at San Mateo 2B this morning, but when I plugged in, the screen showed "0 KWh", and it's not charging.
I was lucky that another stall was also empty. After moving there and plugging in, it worked!
Is it normal?
Or it might indicate some issues on my car?

More likely that specific charger stall is broken. It happens. If you run into that again, there's a phone number on every Supercharger to call and let Tesla know it's broken.
