MS Plaid sim/data chip location

Physically, it would be for using dual SIMs. I doubt if Tesla has implemented this, unless it is used and necessary for Tesla in certain countries, but I have no idea if it would work or how you could switch between them in a Tesla. If a SIM is inserted, it may try the second SIM (if present) for service automatically when service on the primary eSIM is lost -- but then again, it may not work in your market. ????

When you insert a physical SIM card, you need to switch to it in the ToolBox. All Premium Connectivity features will be available.
