MS Seat Cooler Issue

So I had my drivers seat replaced under warranty. When I got the car back it appeared the seat cooler did not work. After messing with it, I found that when it was set to high, it was on low, when set to low it was on high. The service center says they have to order another seat. Any one else have this issue? Just wondering if it could be a software issue.

I had the same thing happen when my driver seat was replaced, but they were able to correct it without replacing the seat, so I assume it was a software fix (or they changed the wiring in the seat connector pin order).

That's what I figured. I waited for the new SW but same problem. I figured it was a pinout problem on a connector. I guess the tech guys at my SC are just "pull and replace" and not so much tech.
