Multiple cars, remaining charge app by default displays one as miles and the other as % charge

Super inane topic but I’m legit curious if there’s something simple I missed.

Got two teslas. The app by default shows the model 3 with miles remaining and the model X with % charge remaining.

Of course I can tap on each to cycle them, but it’s odd to me the default view is different. Why can’t both show as miles remaining by default?

Here’s the way the widget displays, but it looks like this on the app too (iOS app version 4.19.5)

Where’s the setting to choose? I didn’t see it on the app or in the car’s menus.

It’s just set by tapping on the battery icon on top of the car screen.

I don’t think the model X has the battery icon on the touchscreen. There’s also no default range/energy setting on the charging menu.

Oh not sure about the X. On the 3 it can also be set in the display settings menu under energy display.
