195 miles is a trip from the LA store to the dealer address and to this parking lot. Don't these people drive these things?
Also where is the HPC. Most everyone from that era bought a home charger.

Interesting from the interior and under-the-hood photos to see all the differences from current production models. But yeah, who the hell buys one of these things, drives a few miles, and then lists it a few years later on ebay for a reserve price of only $40k????

I'll admit that I am only speculating, but I believe that there were many early Teslas purchased by people with a garage as big as Jay Leno's. That is the only way I can rationalize this.

This is basically it. Whether they bought to help the company or just to add another car to the stable. The word I get is that the low mileage cars are just part of collections. We should just be grateful they helped he nascent company get on it's feet.

More important: it needs the floor mats anchoring upgrade! Of course I drove >10X the number of miles that they have with my floor mats floating and scrunching up.
