How difficult was it for you to swap out the trim kit to carbon fiber? We have figured ash and want to swap it for CF

I also swapped in the CF trim kit. It is easy enough to do yourself, but since I had my car in for annual service, I just had the service center do it for me for 1.0 or maybe 1.5 hours of labor.

I didn’t think it was difficult. Less than 45 mins. However I have a good bit of experience wrenching on my cars.
I would suspect that anyone should be able to do it with the videos that are available online. Service center offered to do it for $150.
