Music streaming - Spotify alternatives

With Spotify in the news for being abandoned by some artists and customers, it seems to me Tesla has us married to Spotify by not offering alternative streaming services.

I wonder if it’s any good. It can’t be worse than what we had before - Slacker Radio. I think there was a total of five fans of that service worldwide. It was pretty awful.

I am sure this has been beaten to death in other threads, but why is XM-Radio only limited to being available in Model S and Model X. I am so used to XM and just learned it is not available in Model 3.

Model S and X have the hardware for XM. What I hope Tesla does one day is add the Sirius/XM app to the lost if streaming apps. We listen to Sirius/XM for the most part and it’s really good for road trips.
