Music suddenly gets louder when shifting

So for some reason when I shift from park to reverse or drive, the music goes to a preset 5 which is too high for me. Even if it's on mute.

When I'm using phone music, and I shift gear the music just stops but it's not paused.

I have a 2017 model s 75d on 12.1.1

Definitely a problem and needs a service appointment? What do you guys think?

After the update I had this too but it has evened out. I think it may have to with saved settings and after adjusting it back a few times, it went away.

You need to delete one of them!
