Shameless plug aside, my wife and I debated this and we felt the premium upgrade package, autopilot, 6 seater (best configuration in our opinion), and SAS. You don't need the premium or autopilot, but we felt they certainly add to the cool/geeky factor of a Tesla.

I went without premium. Did not think air cooled seats added much and betting against chemical warfare.
Also left off subzero as I live n Florida.
Also left off double battery
I would have gone for 75D battery but went for Demo model so they only have 90D.
