If I were similarly dissatisfied I’d be moving on to a different car but that’s just me. Service did get rough for a while after I got my car but if anything it’s been excellent for me in the last 18 months or so. Point being that one aggrieved customer doesn’t equate to “Tesla never does the right thing when they screw up” as you said.
I had service done in May of 2020. Was good. Got a loaner too. I think a lot of it has to do with which service center you use.
