My 12V HVAC controller has failed, car inoperable for 2 months, need source for part

Gentlemen,
I am the registered owner of 2008 Roadster 000423.
The Decatur, GA SC has diagnosed the 12V HVAC controller as defective and will not cool
the battery during charging and operation. The part is unavailable and the car has been inoperable for two months to date and no hint of advice for solution from Tesla. Although they claim the issue has been escalated, to whom and where I do not know.
Please let me know if anyone has a source for new, reman, or repair. Thank you.

The reman part number is correct but the base number doesn't look right based on epc.tesla.com.

Just want you to have the right part numbers when you are looking. It looks like 2008-2011 all have the same part as well so any year will work.

1.5 controllers are completely different from 2.x units
