My 2.5 weeks old M3 LR have to get tow to service center

At least you got Model X for loaner, I tried for one of those, but all they had were S's. I was ready to give it back after a day. Really missed my car. Crap happens, but it shouldn't happen when new and in my case, the rear glass cracked, That is ridiculous to be happening too. People also say you got an upgrade, but do you really have an upgrade when you can't use your app or many of the other features of your car?
