My connector no Wi-Fi

I just installed the wall connector and have done everything according to the instructions on The video and manual. But The problem is that the app shows the connector no internet connection after I put into the password or scan the QR code?

Not 100% sure what you are asking, but you cannot connect to the internet through the wall connector.

When the connector is in commissioning mode it broadcasts an SSID that you can connect to using the password on the side of the connector. Once connected you can program the wall connector. One of the options is to connect to your local WiFi network. If you click on this option you enter your local WiFI SSID and password (must be 2.4 GHz network); it will then show connected. This connection is to allow the wall connector to connect to the internet to obtain firmware updates. The wall connector is not a WiFI router.
