My delivery is on for tomorrow!

Delivery specialist called at 7pm tonight. Said that I can have my car tomorrow. Four weeks to the day that they said my car would be ready in "four weeks".

As luck would have it, I have the afternoon off. So picking up in Fremont at 3:15!

Congratulations on getting your Model 3! I am guessing by your name "GasDoc" that you are an anesthesiologist? I am an anesthesiologist too. I could have ordered a First Production Model 3 last month around Thanksgiving but my wife wanted to wait for the All Wheel Drive version. Please post updates on your new Model 3! I am still waiting to ride/test drive a Model 3.

Just got the call from Las Vegas this morning at 9:20 am. Delivery will be next Tuesday in Fremont. Actually it would have been on the 25th but Tesla is obviously closed for Christmas.

Super exited! VIN is 161.

Congrats and I just got a call too. I'm scheduled for Xmas Eve (24th @ 10:15AM)! I was surprised they would take appointments on Sunday, but we'll take this for an extra exciting Xmas!

My stats: configured on 11/21, rec'd VIN on 12/7, and will PU on 12/24!

Glad to hear this. Rumor seems to be that the factory will be closed all next week, so it's great that the delivery centers will be open and processing vehicles. Hopefully the lots will be all but empty by year-end.

I've heard from multiple sources that they will in fact be running the factory.

Well, dammit, he's supposed to bring his new car to the Cabazon SuC within the next few days and if I can't enjoy my new car for Christmas, I can at least enjoy his!
