My door sills have the lumpies

    Looks like heat rash ;-)

    On one of the CF threads here I heard the sills were held in place by Velcro, but haven't tried to remove them myself.

    Indeed they are. I watched them get removed during my last service visit.

    I had something similar on my Infiniti dash. I was a known problem replaced under warrenty.
