I wanted to share my first "service center" experience. I scheduled an appointment since I noticed that I was missing 6 clips (3 each on top of the back wheels on both sides). Tesla contacted me to confirm the issue I had and said they could send a mobile service vehicle to my house instead of me coming to the service center. The mobile service vehicle arrived on time and the whole thing took about 15 minutes. The person who came was really nice and friendly.

They probably saved me at least an hour by coming to me instead of having me come to them. I hope this level of service continues as more people buy Teslas.
