For a vehicle they no longer sell (Model Y RWD) at least in the US.

And looks like the rating didn't change anyway.

Correct. To me this suggests they plan on selling later down the road, perhaps when Giga Texas is producing 5K Model Ys per week in a year. Or at least they want to the option to reintroduce it, if production catches up with demand.
