You can also quickly check your model number via entering your VIN at the NHTSA recall site:

I think you've really got to get to the bottom of this. Either there's a mistake by the insurance carrier, in which case you might not be covered in a accident if they discover they've been charging you the wrong rate because you didn't correct them. --OR-- Tesla has somehow sold you a 2020 car or somehow used a 2020 VIN and you'll be bitten when/if you try to sell and a buyer calls you on the discrepancy. You could even have DMV trouble if this gets flagged as a vehicle with a modified VIN or is construed as a fraud of some sort.
