My MD window roll down by itself.

Today it's raining. i visit a friend and park my M3 2021 SR+ by their house. After dinner I went back to the car notice the passenger seat is wet and the passenger side window is all way down. I am sure window is closed when I park the car since it's raining.
Does anyone see similar issue before? Its first time I notice this kind of issue. Maybe I should enable auto close window feature when parked.

There is apparently a feature that it rolls down a window (or multiple?) when the 12V battery is dying. But that's probably not it.

It's sometimes common for people to hit the window switches while getting out of the car without realising it - that's probably what happened in your case. You could be confident all windows are closed, go to open the door, and accidentally open a window while getting out.
