My model y is making this terrible noise.....

My 2020 tesla model Y is making this terrible noise from a panel at the rear left side while driving on not perfectly smooth road.
Anyone know what could cause it? Does anyone have the same problem?

I have made two attempts with the mobile service and one service center visit but was not able to get it fixed.

Thank you for the reply. However, the wheel I have is the 20" induction wheels.

Hmm...mobile service. I assume they checked all of the mounting hardware securing the wheel well plastic liner? ALL of my nuts were loose on mine from the factory?
Have you pressed on the liner at various places to listen for friction?

No they did not. They only remove the door panel and lower door trim. But can’t find anything wrong according to them.

Yes, it does sounds like plastic rubbing. That’s why I feel if someone knows exactly what’s making that noise, it should be a easy fix by putting a foam or some kind between the two parts that’s making the noise.

Just listened to the sound clip again. Now I'm wondering if it's some sort of static from your speakers on that side of the car?

Not from the speaker, it’s coming from behind the panel. And it sounds like styrofoam rubbing against each other.

the mobile tech refused to remove the panel saying it’s too easy to break during the mobile service. I made another service center appointment in mid February and hopefully they can fix it this time.

Brought back to the service center last week and they were able to fix it. Not sure how they fix it, but they fixed it. Thank you all for your responses.
