My MY is stuck on Version 2020.11.105

I just got my MY on 08/17/20 and the car software version still the 2020.11.105. How can I push for the latest version?

New cars start on that version. But your car will automatically get a new update when it is pushed to your car. Just wait.

My X got stuck like that once for some reason. After a hard reset to address another issue, it immediately downloaded the update. Try a reboot.

Op got the car on 8/17... thats 6 days of being "stuck".

To be fair, most new owners dont know that you just have to wait till they release it for your car, and that you may not even get every single update that is pushed out.

You can go into your options menu By clicking the car icon and choosing software. Then set software update preference to advanced which should get you the update sooner

Wait at least 30 to 60 days before making a claim of being stuck on an old firmware. I've had 69 firmware updates since purchasing my first S nearly 4 years ago. The average time between updates for my car was 21 days. The longest time between updates was 60 days.

OK, finally getting 2020.32.3 right now, picked up on 8/6

It's normal for there to be a delay after delivery before the first update. 2 weeks or a little over is very common; that's what it was for me.
