Zero gap issues, everything looks perfectly aligned. Unfortunately, there was a bunch of paint issues, and a scratched door panel. Are these paint issues fixable? Ones on the pillar. Of course I only noticed one of them on the day of. I didn’t really have a choice about taking it though, my trade ins value was going to tank, being part of the recall. (Chevy Bolt)

The door latch tool marks are common. Touch up paint will work well to fill in the tool marks. Tesla should agree to replace the scratched door panel (I can't determine which panel this is.) It looks like there are scratches on the front bumper but can't really tell from the photo. Tesla should agree to replace the front bumper cover if it is damaged.
