My Tesla not showing up on App

I'm not exactly sure what has happened but my Model X is no longer on my app or the Tesla main home page on desktop. I've deleted the app and reinstalled and signed in and out a few times and it's still not there. I ordered the vehicle new in 12/20 and things were fine until now. Can someone please help because I have not way to schedule service or use the app for remote services. Thank you

When you say you don’t see the car on the Tesla main home page, do you mean in your web account? If so, does it show up there under previously-owned cars?

Yes the main home page also. It recognizes my account but does not show any vehicle owned or previously owned. It's not even and option I have in the menu.
