MYLR insurance recommendation for Bay Area

Hi I am shopping for insurance for a MYLR to be delivered this month. Most rates are super high. I got the following:

State Farm: $384/mo
Connect (Costco): $282/mo
Progressive: They don’t have MY under 2023
Tesla: $295/mo
Geico (current provider for a non Tesla): $145/mo (Way cheaper than rest)

Should I go with Geico? Are there other companies to try? Also what are the coverage amount recommendation?

Thank you all.

I'm not in the bay area, but if you check with an insurance broker, they should be able to shop rates for you amongst a bunch of different companies. I've been an AAA member for 25+years, and they do this. That's how I wound up with Travelers.

Both of my kids (ages 24 & 22) live on their own now, and when they moved out they found insurance via a broker too.
Most recently they used Jerry™ Official Site: Compare & Buy Car Insurance , and they both found great rates.
